Document Description
Amend solid waste facilities to allow the continued operation of the landfill as a Class III solid waste disposal site. Amend permit to include addition property. Amend permit to include operation of the unloading building. Amend the Land Use, Open Space and Conservation Element of the Kern County Year 2000 General Plan and the Jameson Ranch Specific Plan. Obtain lot line adjustments to combine several legal parcels. Amend the Legal Description of the CUP to include the entire boundary of the MRSL. Vacate existing or recorded future streets and public easements, affecting a one-mile segment of Lone Butte Road and a 1/4 mile segment of undeveloped potential right-of-way along the eastern boundary of the MRSL. Amend the Kern County Waste Facility Habitat Conservation Plan to include additional acreage. Amend existing grading permit. Perform an archeological study. Construct a borrow pit if needed.
