Replace existing earthquake damaged facilities of the Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center with a new facility of comparable size and capacity a the same location, 1250 16th steet in Santa Monica. Accommodate portions of the combined orthopedics programs of the UCLA Medical Center and the Los Angeles Orthopedic Hospital within the replacement facility; include new landscaped open areas; and a new parking structure on adjacent property.
