Specific Plan No. 310 is a specific plan of land use on 1,734.5 acres that proposes approximately 4,600 dwelling units in low-density residential to medium-high density residential neighhborhoods, ranging from 3,500 square foot minimum lot size to 10,000 square foot minimum lot size.
