California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #R5-2002-0241) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Hasley Canyon Land Company, LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed filling or placing bridges over the stream for a total impact of 1.26 acres. The project includes developing a 433 acre site for 209 single-family residences and an 18-hole golf course. 67.5 acres will remain in open space.
