Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a tract map, conditional use permit (CUP), and oak tree permit to authorize the development of 209 single family residential lots and an 18-hole golf course including clubhouse on a partially disturbed and vacant 433 acres for the site. 84.8 acres of the site will be graded for the residential lots which will be a minimum of 15,000 square feet, 243 acres for the golf course, 37 acres for public and private streets, and 67.43 acres will remain open space. An equestrian trail is provided along the northern, eastern and southern boundary along Hasley Canyon Road. Two lakes totaling approximately 3 acres will be constructed in golf course lots for well water irrigation reserves.
