SAA # 1600-2003-5167-R5 Alter the streambed and bank by constructing new high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes in both directions and also by constructing continuous auxillary lanes in both directions between Beach Blvd. and the Interstate 5 freeway. The proposed project is located within the Caltrans right-of-way of SR 22 and crosses two jurisdictional streams.
