Adopt and implement the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 1-1986, Amendment No. 1. the primary purpose is to eliminate conditions of physical and economic blight that hinder the full implementation of the project area. Although no development or construction is proposed at this time, implementation of the Redevelopment Plan Amendment is expected to facilitate residential, commercial, industrial, and public facility development in the Project Area in confomance with the Comprehensive General Plan of Riverside County
