Document Description
The proposed project is a development of 380 detached sigle-family homes (reduced from 400 in earlier plans), open space and internal street system on the site of abandoned former military housing. The site would be cleared of existing structures, and most infrastructure and vegetation, and re-graded. Two of the proposed residential lots would be used by the applicant for a temporary sales office and parking lot, and later developed with houses. Streets would occupy 26.16 acres, homes would occupy approximately 55.82 acres, and parks/open space areas would occupy 25.03 acres.
