Document Description
General Plan Amendment to change to the Downtown Design Study to modify the wording regarding retention of the Morgan Hill School building and to include language in the General Plan referencing the Downtown Design Study. The General Plan Amendment also includes modifying the Circulation Element to change the future alignment of Depot Avenue so it no longer bisects the project site. The project also includes conceptual approval by the Redevelopment Agency for an approximately 44,000 square foot Community Center at the corner of Monterey Street and Dunne Avenue.
