Document Description
The Bahia Homeowners Association proposes to maintain navigational access to the Petaluma River from the East Bahia Lagoon. The project proposes dredging and the creation of a series of closed lagoons that would connect to the Petaluma River using a lock system. The proposed dredge disposal site, also known as the Twin House Ranch site, is located on the opposite side of Petaluma River in Sonoma County.
