Document Description
(T-TSA) completed and certified the Final EIR addressing the expansion of its Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) in December 2000. T-TSA filed a Notice of Determination for this project on December 20, 2000. T-TSA subsequently considered using a 9.6 mgd in-plant BNR treatment system and certain other process refinements. An addendum to the final EIR was prepared and certified by T-TSA on February 27, 2002 addressing the changes resulting from employing the 9.6 mgd in-plant BNR teatment system.
