T-TSA proposes to expand its existing Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) from its currently permitted 7.4 mgd capacity to about 9.6 mgd. This Supplemental DEIR addresses Alternative 4 which would employ the combination of the existing ion exchange treatment system with a new biological nitrogen removal (BNR) to remove nitrogen from the effluent.
