Annexation and detachment of Tulare Irrigation District of approximately98 acres for a new high school and elementary school. Three additional properties are included to avoid creation of a county island. Project would include a general plan amendment to relocate the Urban Reserve Line and Urban Development Boundary, change land use designation from Agriculture to Public and Suburban Residential; and pre-zone property to PL (Public Lands) and R-1-6 (single-family residential - 6,000 sq. ft. minimum parcel area).
