Document Description
The Lusk Elsinore Environmental Impact Report evaluates environmental impacts resulting from development of the proposed Tentative Tract Map No. 28751, including other discretionary approvals required for project implementation. These other discretionary approvals include General Plan Amendment No. 908-3, Sphere of Influence Amendment, Zone Change No. 98-3, Annexation No. 69, and Annexation into the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) Service Area. The proposed Tentative Tract Map will subdivide the project site into 146 residential lots and five (5) open space lots. The average lot size for the subdivision is 16,000 s.f. Lot sizes range from 6,091 s.f. to 25,496 s.f.
