THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS AN IMPROVED PARTIAL CLOVERLEAF INTERCHANGE WITH UPGRADES TO THE EXISTING AVENUE L OVER- CROSSING. PROPOSED OVERCROSSING WILL ACCOMMODATE THREE LANES IN THE EASTBOUND DIRECTION AND FOUR LANES IN THE WESTBOUND DIRECTION. A FOURTH LANE WILL BE ADDED IN THE EASTBOUND.
