Three-phased development over 30 years consisting of 206,656 square foot of net new construction for a total buildout of 295,485 sq. ft. The church would continue to utilize the site as its international headquarters with associated administrative functions. The site would also continue to be used for the training of renunciants in the monastic way of life, in requesting a conditional use permit to use a proposed shrine as a mausoleum for the founder's body. A zone variance is also requested to allow the applicant to continue to provide less than code-required parking for residential uses on the site.
