Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA#R5-2001-0015) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Nelson Olivas, representing the County of San Diego, Ramona Airport Division. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within two unnamed drainages, tributaries to Santa Maria Creek to accommodate the improvement of facilities at the east end of the runway, relocation of a portion of the south taxiway, construction of an air traffic control tower, construction of a general aviation ramp, expansion of the Cruise Air Lease and Chuck Hill Aviation Lease, sewer installation of a four-inch diameter force main pump station and eight-inch gravity flow main from the Airport to the Santa Maria Treatment Plant and improvements to Montecito Road impacting 0.24 acre of streambed.
