- The California Deparment of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Sid Dunmore, representing Fahrens Park LLC. The applicant proposes to temporarily divert flow of Fahrens Creek for the construction of two 10-foot by 12-foot by 1180foot long concrete box culverts with riprap placed 50 feet upstream and downstream of the culverts for the extension of Yosemite Avenue. Minor stream modification to match the existing topography with the new structures.
