Document Description
Pursuant to California Community Redevelopment Law, the City of Hayward proposes to adopt a Plan Amendment that would add a total of 707 acres to the existing 610-acre Downtown Redevelopment Project Area. The Amendment would include modified goals, programs and projects for the Amendment Area, but would not affect the existing Plan Area or require amendment of the General Plan.
