The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20 is approving an addendum to a previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for the renewal of a Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit) for Naval Base Coronado Mixed Waste Storage Facility (MWSF), for ten additional years. This Permit will allow continued operations and storage of mixed and/or combined hazardous waste at the facility. This Permit Renewal does not include any changes in operations or construction, and there are no proposed ground disturbing activities.
