Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Willows Investment Group, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct housing and related development. The Willows project is a portion of the mostly built out 1,042-acre Winchester Properties Specific Plan No. 213 (Silver Hawk) approved in 1998. The project will encompass approximately 32.0 acres, as described in the submitted application.
