Document Description
The proposed project is a request for four tract maps, three Conditional Use Permits and three oak tree permits to authorize the development of 344 single family residential lots and the removal of 54 oak trees. In addition, 20,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial use is proposed on an approximate 1.7 acre parcel. As a part of the proposed project, a water tank will be constructed and a water line extended to the subject property. The CUPs are needed for density controlled development and hillside management.
