Fogarty Revocable Trust. The project is limited to development of necessary public access infrastructure consisting of the following: Placement of bottomless arched culverts across Dead Horse Slough to allow creation of road crossings of the waterway; Placement of three storm water outfalls to pass water from detention basins into Dead Horse Slough. In addition the banks of the slough will be armored with riprap adjacent to the detention basins, at the outfalls and both at the head and tail ends of the arched culverts to minimize undermining of any structures during peak storm flows.
