The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0492-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Tahoe City Public Utility District. The project consists of constructing 615 linear feet of Phase IV lakeside trail along the bed/bank of Lake Tahoe.
