The proposed project consists of three locations along Old Topanga Canyon Road and involves: construction of a 13 1/2-foot-high by 46-foot-long retaining wall at the location across from House Number 1956; construction of river riprap at the location 75 feet north of Culvert Marker 3.45; and construction of an 80-foot-long river riprap at the location across from House Number 790. Construction of the proposed project would protect the roadway and control erosion within the project area and enhance vehicular and pedestrian safety.
