Document Description
The project consists of the development of a High School and 175 single-family residential units on the 356-acre site. The project includes an application for a rezone from "GM" Growth Management to "PC" Planned Community (with Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP)), and Hillside Management and Ridgeline. Exception applications are also part of the project. Of the 175 single-family residential units, 15 units are proposed in the West Canyon and 160 units in the East Canyon. The high school site is to be located in the northern portion of the East Canyon of the property. Primary access is proposed from Avenida La Mancha for the West Canyon and La Pata Ave. for the East Canyon residential and high school.
