Document Description
The applicant is proposing a vesting tentative tract map which would subdivide a 356 acre parcel into 356 residential lots ranging in size from minimum 10,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet, and reserving 181 acres as open space. An alternate design would also include an 18 hole golf course and increase the project site area to approximately 470 acres. The applicant is also propopsing to rezone a 356 acre parcel from the Growth Management (GM) District to the Planned Community (PC) District, a Ridgeline Exception to permit a road to be constructed across a General Plan Ridgeline, and a Hillside Management Application.
