- Document Description
- This proposed Project involves the installation of a 12-inch underground water pipeline within the 30-foot right-of-way easement of Ward Avenue. Major Amendment No. 1 includes an additional 585 feet of the buried pipeline southwards down Primavera Street on the eastern end of the Project, which will result in an increase in permanent loss of habitat, an associated increase in Habitat Management Land Acquisition by 0.25 acre, and includes the corresponding adjustments to the remaining acreage amount for future Indian Wells Valley Water District (Permittee) projects at the acquired Habitat Management Lands. In addition, the Permittee has requested that the ITP expiration to be extended to December 31, 2014, to accommodate any delays these changes may cause.
