Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Indian Wells Valley Water District. The applicant proposes a trench excavation to install a 24-inch diameter pipeline 4 feet under the unnamed tributary. The trench will be backfilled and the area recontoured to the original topography. Discharge of water into the natural drainage at a controlled flow rate not to exceed 2000gpm.
