Document Description
The proposed project would increase the peak wet weather disposal capacity of the HARRF, by allowing the City to discharge tertiary treated effluent infrequently into Escondido Creek during periods when regional treated effluent disposal requirements exceed the capacity of the existing land and ocean outfall system, thus enabling the City to comply with San Diego RWQCB waste discharge requirements.
