Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-579. Pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Intrawest California Holdings, Inc. Issuance of this agreement is for 110' of low-impact revegetation of an unvegetated stream bank. This is a very small portion of a larger project not subject to the agreement. This notice approves only the stream revegetation and not the project as a whole. The lead agency adopted an EIR for the whole project as noted.
