The existing General Plan and Zoning designations include residential, commercial, public/semi public, industrial & park & recreation
The concepts of the specific plan include the creation of density, mixed use area within easy walking distance of the BART station, the establishment of a neighborhood commercial district along Willow Pass Road, to enhance the pedestrian and bicycle routes to encourage non-automotive access to the BART station and Delta DeAnza Trail, and the establishment of urban design guidelines for the area.
