Document Description
A Local Coastal Program amendment and rezoning to PUD to subdivide a 12.5-acre parcel and construct 73 affordable senior apartments, a recreation building, 55 single-family homes, and a tot lot playground. To support the development, a number of infrastructure improvements are proposed including paved roadways and parking areas, storm drainage facilities, water and sanitary sewer service extensions, and underground power utility connections. The connections. the construction of and approximately 13, 000-foot long, looped water line connectiong the site with the Denniston Reservior is also proposed as part of the project.
