Document Description
The proposed project involves operation of an existing diversion point (Point of Diversion #4) on Carneros Creek, tributary to the Napa River. Diversion of water at this Point of Diversion (POD) is permitted under State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Application 30396 (Permit 20971) which allows for a maximum annual use of a total of 170 acre-feet collected from 4 PODs between December 1 to March 31 of each year. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0398-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Lee Hudson, Hudson Vineyards.
