The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1293-99) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Level (3) Communication. The applicant proposes: Installation of approximately 26 miles of fiber optic innerduct between Cuesta Pass and the Santa Maria River in Luis Obispo County. Project corridor, descriptions, and conditions are those presented in Level (3) Communication Fiber Optic Innerduct Cuesta Pass to the Santa Maria river Streambed Alteration Notification prepared by Parsons Brinckerhoff and Chambers Group in June 1999.
