Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a new high-density polyethylene SDR 11 conduit, containing new fiber optic lines, underneath the Cosumnes River using directional drilling and a
new utility vault that will serve as an access vault for the conduit. The project alignment will be close to the existing line that the project is replacing. Horizontal directional drilling will be done 30 feet underneath the bed of Cosumnes River.
