The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-170 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency of Sacramento. This agreement pertains to the Lower Dry Creek and Robla Creek Improvements Mitigation Project. Activities include, but are not limited to, the following: excavation of a new Robla Creek channel, construction of a quadruple box culvert, removal of the existing bridge and installation of a culvert, filling of a section of old Robla Creek, and more.
