Document Description
The City of Fort Bragg will prepare a Program EIR to address impacts arising from adoption of a revised General Plan. The General Plan is intended to guide and direct future development in the city. The revised General Plan includes a Local Coastal Element which will direct future land use in the City's Coastal Zone, consistent with the State's Coastal Act. Subsequent to adopting the revised General Plan, the City will revise the Local Coastal Program to be consistent with the land use designation, policies, and programs of the Local Coastal Element.
