Document Description
ARCO is proposing to install four new electric onshore pumps, a building housing control and supporting instrumentation, a new electrical substation, a new 66 kilovolt electric line, and supporting utility upgrades to allow ARCO to handle greater volumes of crude oil at their Berth T121 facility. The projected increase in vessel calls and cargo handling will require ARCO to obtain a Permit to Operate and a Prevention of Significant Deterioration Permit from the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
