Document Description
(1) Resolution of Agricultural Preserve Alteration 04AP-01 to disestablish the 926 +\- acre Agricultural Preserve #46 and alterations of Agricultural Preserve #227, #53, and #139; and (2) General Plan Amendment 03GPA-16 to add a new Chapter 18 for the Mountain Springs Community Plan, and amend the land use designations for the subject parcels from AG (Agricultural), ER (Estate Residential), MU (Mixed Use) and LDR (Low Density Residential) to a combination of residential, commercial, recreation, open space and public land use designations; and (3) Zone Change 03RZ-50 to rezone the project site to be consistent with the land use designations; and (4) Development Agreement 03DA-11 to authorize the development over a 25-year period and establish parameters for the development; and (5) Tentative Subdivision Map 03TSM-155 to implement Phase I of the development, dividing the 1063.2 +\- acre project site in 266 parcels.
