Document Description
The Lent Ranch Marketplace Project was approved in June 2001. It si located west of State Route 99 and is generally bounded by State Route 99, West Stockton Boulevard, Kammerer Road and the proposed South Pointe development project (Assessor Parcel Numbers 132-0152-002, 134-0600-019, 134-0220-068 and -069). The project would involve the development of about 3.1 million square feet of regional mall, general commerical, hotel, entertainment, office, and other retail uses and about 280 multi-family residential units.
