Document Description
In October of 2014, the City and Applicant, Elk Grove Town Center, L.P. entered into an Amended and Restated Agreement Regarding Regional of the Outlet Collection at Elk Grove Project (File No. EG-14-012). On October 26, 2016 an Amendment to the Development Agreement (the 1st Amendment) was approved reducing the scope of the Development Agreement by removing a portion of property (commonly known as Phase 2) from coverage under the Mall Agreement.
