Document Description
The project consists of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2008-45 to modify church campus facilities/operations and Design Review 2008-11 for the project's architectural design and site planning. The project will revise the church's previous Master Site Development Plan approved by the City of Yorba Linda through CUP 96-27 on March 16, 1999 by demolishing 5 existing buildings, renovating 2 existing buildings, constructing 5 new buildings and a 3-level parking structure, with associated landscape and hardscape improvements on the existing 19.48 acre church campus.
