Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2011-0095-R5) to the project applicant, William Lyon Homes, Inc. The Project involves the construction of the 650 linear foot road extension of Knotwood Way. The road extension will include a creek crossing, the subject of Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2011-0095-R5, consisting of a fill embankment and bridge spanning Adler Creek. The bridge will be an open span arch bridge, a minimum of 50 feet wide and 10 feet high. The project proposes to impact 0.886 acre of streambed, including 0.258 acre of permanent impact and 0.627 acre of temporary impact to sycamore-willow riparian forest and associated riparian habitat and mitigate with a minimum of 2.03 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
