Document Description
The significant changes to the Redevelopment Plan are as follows: 1. The addition of the 6.8-acre Added Area - the Rispin/Library site, for the purpose of eliminating blight through, amoung other things, renovation of the historic Rispin Mansion. 2. Addition of public library to the list (Attachment 6 of the Plan) of authorized public improvements that the Agency may assist with. 3. The effectiveness of the Redevelop- ment Plan for the existing Project Area shall be extended from June 24, 2017 to June 24, 2022.
