Document Description
Rispin Mansion project consists of two separate but related actions: 1) the amendment of the Redevelopment Plan for the existing Capitola Redevelopment Project to add the Rispin Mansion property and adjacent library and municipal parking lot to the Project area; and 2) the updated development proposal for the Rispin Mansion submitted by the developer in 2001/2002. The Rispin Mansion development proposal includes development of the Inn at the Rispin Mansion, renovation of the mansion and grounds, improvements to the adjacent parking lot at the Clares Street and Wharf Road library, and establishment of a habitat enhancement/ adaptive management program to preserve and protect adjacent and on-site biological resources.
