Document Description
The project proposes the annexation of uninhabited territory from the County of Los Angeles to the City of Santa Clarita. Of the 1,310-acre project site, approximately 424 acres of undeveloped property will be developed with 866 units and up to 611,000 square feet of commercial uses as well as a park site, school site, and 865 acres of open space.
