CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0044-R6 (Revision 1), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Roripaugh Valley Restoration, LLC. The Roripaugh Ranch Specific Plan project includes the development of 2,058 housing units on 804.7 acres and approx. 140 acres of additional development including commercial uses, schools, parks, recreational facilities, flood control, and landscaping. A total of 220.94 acres of open space will be conserved including 198.77 acres along Santa Gertrudis Creek, 17.2 acres along Long Valley Wash, and 4.97 acres within a tributary to Santa Gertrudis Creek, north of the project site.
