Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct approximately 261 residential lots and a community park on two parcels, Brown and Gonzales, that are a part of the Pacific Highlands Ranch (Subarea III) Subarea plan. The project is located in the North City Future Urbanizing Area in the northwestern portion of the City of San Diego, San Diego County. Both parcels are located north of Black Mountain Road in the western section of Gonzales Canyon while the Gonzales parcel is south of Black Mountain Road and north of McGonigle Canyon.
