Document Description
The project is CDFG'S issuance of an Agreement Regarding Proposed Stream of Lake Alteration (SAA # 50212-99) ("agreement") to the Irvine Community Development Company (" developer") in conjunction with the developer's proposal to construct a residential development at the above described location ("development"). The development involves the grading of approximately 681 acres, which will impact 0.13 acre of riparian wetland within Muddy Canyon Creek and 2.49 acres of other drainages. The agreement authorizes the developer to proceed with those parts of the development that will impact the above described wetland and other drainages pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603. This Notice of Determination applies only to CDFG'S issuance of the agreement, and not to the development as a whole.
